SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE 

You will get a call from one of our team confirming your order and your shipping information before we send the order.

This item is shipped by Bosta Co. and is estimated to arrive in 2-4 business days in Cairo. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or courier level that extend that timeframe. 

You will receive a text message on WhatsApp from Bosta with all the details of the order before shipping for confirmation so make sure to check it, you will also get a call from the courier at the day of the delivery to check if you are available at the location.

You can check your order before accepting it while the courier is at your door.

IF AN ORDER CONTAINS MORE THAN ONE ITEM, IT MUST BE ENTIRELY RECEIVED OR ENTIRELY RETURNED.

PARTIAL DELIVERY OR PARTIAL RETURN IS NOT ALLOWED.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (14 DAYS)

YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

THE ITEM MUST BE IN PERFECT, UNUSED, UNWORN, AND UNWASHED CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGS.

EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES ARE ONLY POSSIBLE IF THE DESIRED ITEM OR SIZE IS IN STOCK.

IF NOT AVAILABLE, YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER.

WASHING AND CARE

wash in cold water gentle or dry clean. tumble dry low, hang dry preferred [washing inside out recommended], GIVE IT TO YOUR MOM SHE KNOWS HOW TO DO IT
